We use our expertise in design-build and development to provide buy-side targeted deal sourcing to strategic buyers. We determine the deal criteria and goals and leverage our real estate network to identify the right projects and off market deals with the right value add strategy.

Depending on the deal goals, once a deal is vetted and under agreement, we can complete a feasibility analysis, and even deliver permits with drawings and entitlements if needed. Both transaction management and underwriting are preformed in-house.
