Design-Build is a project delivery method that provides a single point contract entity instead of Owners managing numerous consultants and contractors throughout the project. Our DB team gets involved early on to develop concepts, design and construction goals that then inform the selection of the right Architect for the project. We work alongside the Architect and Engineer to review spacial planning, feasibility, code and constructability issues before project permitting.

We permit the project while refining budgets, specifications, scopes, material selection, construction documents and schedules to make sure all stakeholder and community goals are aligned before construction. During construction, we enforce process and design standards, troubleshooting as needed while our in-house team of craftspeople pushes forward progress and quality.
